Within the scope of PQR studies performed by ALFANORM, the base material and filler metal used, heat input and welding parameters, and the mechanical and structural performance of welded joints are evaluated.

Inspections and destructive / non-destructive tests carried out on test welds are planned and performed in accordance with applicable standards. The results obtained are documented through technical reports and used as a basis for WPS approval processes.

These studies ensure compliance of welding applications with standards, technical reliability, and suitability for field applications.
